At Fitness Fusion, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer refunds and exchanges within 15 days of delivery.

 

 

Eligibility for Refunds

 

To be eligible for a refund:

 

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Refund requests must be made within 15 days from the date you received your order.

 

 

Non-Refundable Items

 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

 

  • Opened supplements or nutrition products

  • Gift cards

  • Discounted or final sale items

 

 

How to Request a Refund

 

To start a return or refund, please contact us at contactus@fitnessfusion.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

 

 

Refund Process

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

 

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
